We Tell You What Information We Collect
WebCoach collects information from Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users visit our Site, subscribe to email alerts, and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available on our Site. We will collect personal identification information from Users only if they voluntarily submit such information to our Site such as name, email address, mailing address, phone number to identify you. Users can always refuse to supply personal identification information, except that it may prevent them from engaging in certain Site-related activities. WebCoach also collects user submitted location information such as city, state or zip. WebCoach may also collects user submitted photos, education information, personal statement, age range etc.

How we use collected information
WebCoach may collect and use Users’ personal information such as your full name, photo etc for the following purposes: To improve Users’ experience. We may use information in the aggregate to understand how our Users as a group use the services and resources provided on our Site and so that we may improve our Site. We may also use your email address to send you periodic updates or news regarding our site. If the User decides to opt-in to our email alerts, they will receive emails that may include company news, updates, related product or service information, etc. If at any time the User would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, we include detailed unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each email.

Your WebCoach account is password-protected. WebCoach adopts appropriate data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures to protect and safeguard our users’ against loss, misuse, unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of your personal information, username, password, transaction information and data stored on our Site. We use industry-recognized security measures to protect your information that is stored within our database.
You hereby acknowledge that WebCoach is not responsible for any intercepted information sent via the Internet, and you hereby release us from any and all claims arising out of or related to the use of intercepted information in any unauthorized manner.
Sharing your personal information
We may share generic aggregated demographic information not linked to any personal identification information regarding visitors and users with our business partners, trusted affiliates and advertisers for the purposes outlined above.

As a registered WebCoach user, you can modify your personal information at any time by accessing the “Account” section of the site. Also, upon your activation of the “Close” link in your “Account”, WebCoach will remove you and your personal information from the site; however, it may be impossible to remove your entry without some residual information being retained by WebCoach. Upon request, we will provide you with reasonable access to the Personal Information about you that we hold. We will also take reasonable steps to correct, update, amend or delete any information that is demonstrated to be inaccurate, except where the burden or expense of doing so would be disproportionate to the risks to your privacy in the case in question or where the rights of third parties would be violated.
This website is not directed to children, and WebCoach does not knowingly add information from any child under the age of 13 to our database. Should a child whom we know to be under 13 send personal information to us, we will use that information only to respond directly to that child (or a parent or guardian) to inform him or her that we must have parental consent before receiving his or her personal information.
